We've got a party for you! And a room ... at The Helm on Saturday April 30th. We’re marking our half century milestone with a big bash to celebrate being ready for pleasure!
Join us for music, dancing girls and boys, fabulous food and frisky fun. Bid on decadent wares while you indulge in potent cocktails, fantastic beats and other tantalizing treats and trappings.
Downstairs performances include Sweet Soul Burlesque, Cris Derksen, emcees Zena Sharman and friends, and DJ Bella Lugosie. Upstairs entertainment awaits you with specially-themed rooms sure to please your senses and your intellect!
Tickets for the Opt Benefit Gala & Celebration on sale now. And true to our name, we have a few ticket “options” for you:
- Gala tickets - $120. For these ticket holders, the doors open at 6:30 pm and the evening includes supper (The Helm provides imaginative, organic, locally-sourced fare), a full roster of entertainment, and two complimentary cocktails.
- Celebration tickets - $60. For these ticket holders, the doors open at 8:30 pm and the evening includes entertainment, appies, and one complimentary cocktail. UPDATE: There are a limited number of Celebration tickets being released for $40 - once the $40 tickets are gone, they're gone. So buy your Celebration tickets now! You know what they say ... the early bird gets the worm!
- Gala table tickets - $100. Gala tickets (usually $120 per person) are available at at reduced rate for groups of 4 or more. Reserve your table at $100 per person by calling Danielle Chard at 604.731.4252 x239.

This event is a fundraiser for Options for Sexual Health. In 2011 Opt becomes the sexiest 50 year-old around as we celebrate half a century as BC's largest non-profit provider of sexual health information and services.
