GRATITUDE WEEK asks
By
Colette
GRATITUDE WEEK TO END HOMELESSNESS is a series of free awareness and fundraising events taking place in Vancouver, BC from October 12–16 in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery and include a daily Gratitude Gathering, mental health forums and street collections.
Gratitude Week Founder, Ronald Josephson poses the following challenge to his fellow citizens: if you have something you can be grateful for--a job, a friend, a place to live--then join us in showing our gratitude and do one thing to help end homelessness in our city. Participate, donate, spread the word.
Gratitude Week's "Give a dollar. Give a damn." campaign is collecting funds to help renovate two housing projects in the Downtown East Side. (31 W Pender and 110 Water Street.)

After being inspired by the organizing and awareness building potential of the internet and social issue films, she returned to school to study Communications and sharpen her skills. Once graduating, Colette returned to Hello Cool World once again as a grassroots campaign consultant. She is now the Director of Distribution for Hello Cool World's new fair trade distribution arm.
