The "Talk About it Show" - World Premiere in Kitamaat Village

By Katherine Dodds

It was a wonderful return to Kitamaat Village to premiere this new video project. The Good Company crew of Kat, Paul and David, along with the WAVAW womyn Dalya, Cherlyn and Darla travelled to this Northern BC community where the youth who made the film with us: Jaime-Lea, Talon, Kristy-Anne, Sonny, Lyle, Alysha, Delilah (Chris, Makayla, Dayna and Natasha werent' able to be at the dinner) were all honoured in community feast and drumming and dancing.

It was a fabulous evening and we really hope that this video has as wide a community release as Stand True did. (This was a video made also in Kitamaat Village, but in partnership with Chee Mamuk.

Everytime I get to return to this community I am inspired by the talent and creativity of the youth and the support of the communty.

I miss them all already!!
