How does Onyx help?
The Onyx program is designed to provide one to one support for sexually exploited youth who willingly participate in our program. Onyx workers will assess the youth’s needs and develop a service plan with the youth based on services needed, which may include: substance misuse, education, employment and health. We will work with our clients to access resources that are most relevant to the youth’s situation and provide ongoing support.
The Onyx program tailors services to meet individual needs and works with the client at their level. Onyx workers will connect youth with a network of community and support services and will work on assisting clients to transition into healthy and safe lifestyles.
